Bug reporting is mostly about finding & fixing problems thus preventing
future users from hitting the same bug.

You've filed this bug report as related to a recent release-upgrade (eg.
your install was 18.04 & you just attempted or completed a release-
upgrade to 20.04 LTS or later release), but your report also states you
installed 20.04 & appear to still be running 20.04 (ie. haven't used the
tool you filed the report against to upgrade your release to a later one
such as Ubuntu 22.04 LTS).

I suspect a Support site would be more appropriate, eg.

  Command code shows error codes on boot-up and missing files after the
  recent Ubuntu upgrade. I am unable to fix it. Please can you assist?
