It looks like you modified your /etc/apt/sources.list file to contain
the following entry:
2022-08-05 14:38:49,010 DEBUG examining: 'deb http://us.old-
release.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ impish main restricted'
The correct site is http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ . Notice it
is plural and that there is not a country mirror for old-releases.
Please update your /etc/apt/sources.list file to use the correct archive
and then you should be able to upgrade to Jammy. Thanks!
