[Bug 1983818] [NEW] ledmon not working for dell 15th generation servers

Public bug reported:

looks like ledmon package was enabled till the 14th generation of the
Dell server and we are not seeing any change in the 15th generation
server.

we have submitted upstream patch for ledmon and requesting to pull that
changes into ubuntu distro

need this below patch to be included
