Thank you for the clarification, good to hear it is not a bug :-)
I know this is not the right place to ask questions but I would really 
appreciate if you could point me into the right direction

If a milestone freeze happens, how long does it "block/disables" daily 
image builds?
Moreover I would like to learn bout the daily build process in general,...

Bug description:
  Dear all,

  this bug seemed to be solved:
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/livecd-rootfs/+bug/1983643
  which was indeed a duplicate of:
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/livecd-rootfs/+bug/1983521

  However no Jammy daily images are building since 5th of August, focal
  and kinetic are fine though
