[Bug 1984449] [NEW] No configure secure boot checkbox

That doesn't happen to me, I get immediately to the installation type
page.

I verified that both UEFI and secure boot were selected in the BIOS
settings.

Let me know what extra information may be needed besides the one
attached, if any.
