Bug description:
  Please merge u-boot 2022.07~rc4+dfsg-1 from Debian experimental;
  unstable is currently at 2022.04, but experimental has more of the
  upstream patches for RISC-V, which we wish to test. We anticipate that
  the release of u-boot 2022.07 should be available prior to kinetic's
  release and a future (relatively trivial) merge can be performed to
  bump to the full release prior to kinetic's release date.

  Updated changelog and diff against Debian unstable to be attached
  below.
