Attached the debdiff based on top of the one here #1987735.

It built successfully here https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-risc-v-
team/+archive/ubuntu/develop/+sourcepub/13896557/+listing-archive-extra.

I have tested it on my board and it fails on our current microchip
kernel, but that is not related to this patch as flash-kernel now finds
the right dtb:

Processing triggers for flash-kernel (3.106ubuntu6~ppa0) ...
Using DTB: microchip/mpfs-icicle-kit.dtb
Installing /lib/firmware/5.19.0-1002-generic/device-tree/microchip/mpfs-icicle-kit.dtb into /boot/dtbs/5.19.0-1002-generic/microchip/b
Taking backup of mpfs-icicle-kit.dtb.
Installing new mpfs-icicle-kit.dtb.
