The package which you have installed (python3.10-distutils version
3.10.6-1+focal1) is not from an official Ubuntu repository and
subsequently there is nothing about this specific issue that the
developers of Ubuntu can do.

For the record the package version you have installed seems to have come
from https://launchpad.net/~deadsnakes/+archive/ubuntu/ppa
