[Bug 1998695] [NEW] Failed to install Ubuntu 22.10 multiple times

I have remade the iso on separate usb drives, checked the hashes on all
of them. Wiped my SSD to all 0's without any partitions. I keep getting
this error: `The following file did not match its source copy on the
CD/DVD:`.
