  start CLI upgrade by "do-release-upgrade" from mirror http://mirror.yandex.ru
  process ends with report:

  Could not calculate the upgrade 
  An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade. 

  have not any ppa-installed software

  /var/log/dist-upgrade/apt.log ends with:
