Bug description:
  The upgrade of UEFI.dbx from version 190 -> 217 fails every time I
  update all in Discover.

  It looks for shimx64.efi under /media/root/EFI/EFI/ubuntu/ instead of
  /boot/efi/EFI/ubuntu where it is on my system.
