Bug report did not expire due to upstream task
No further comment to #6 after over seven years
Will close as 'Opinion' as colours can be changed in
terminal settings to suit a user's preference.

  See attached screenshot. The text on the progress bar is extremely
  hard to read. Those colours are probably complementary colours that's
  why the text is very hard to read. I guess this bug is related to
  #37603.
