[Bug 2000159] [NEW] ubuntu system 20.04 freeze on shutdown

When I try to shut down my system its just freezed up with a dark screen
and I need to shut down my laptop by force by pressing the power button.
And also I am unable to upgrade my ubuntu from 20.04.5 to the latest
version.
