  Ubuntu 20.04 server install fails to remove logical volume pool and
  crashes

Status in subiquity package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Initial state:
  - Server with a volume group which contains a logical volume pool (as e.g. OpenStack Cinder creates it)

  Steps to reproduce:

  - Install Ubuntu wit Ubuntu 20.04 server installer
  - Reformat the disk containing the logical volume pool in the installer
  - Start the installation

  => Installer crahses
