Bug description:
  The previous version of the package (i.e. 7.6.10-1ubuntu3) had ubuntu
  specific changelog entries for the support of riscv64 (and a no-change
  rebuild)

  libatomic-ops (7.6.10-1ubuntu3) impish; urgency=medium

    * No-change rebuild to build packages with zstd compression.

  Patches that we had for riscv64 support on top of Debian:

  * debian/patches/393d7a7ff54565230f44e59a9c73addc9e627f56.diff
  > This patch was taken upstream [1] and is now included natively in 7.6.12-1 so we can drop it.

  * debian/patches/link-atomic.diff
  > This patch was adding the -latomic linker flag that was necessary on riscv64. Having said that, a patch upstream [2] now removes the requirement for -latomic on riscv64. It is included in 7.6.12-1.
