[Bug 1960220] [NEW] kubuntu's desktop seed should depend on xdg-desktop-portal-gtk for better desktop snaps integration

A number of desktop snaps are GTK apps, and without xdg-desktop-portal-
gtk installed on the host system the theming integration is poor.

ubuntu's desktop-minimal seed has this line:

    * (xdg-desktop-portal-gtk) # Useful for desktop snaps

I suggest kubuntu's desktop seed should consider installing it by
default too.
