Bug description:

  A number of desktop snaps are GTK apps, and without xdg-desktop-
  portal-gtk installed on the host system the theming integration is
  poor.

  ubuntu's desktop-minimal seed has this line:

      * (xdg-desktop-portal-gtk) # Useful for desktop snaps

  I suggest kubuntu's desktop seed should consider installing it by
  default too.
