The log files you've attached to the report show a successful upgrade
from Ubuntu 21.04 (hirsute) to Ubuntu 21.10 (impish). Are you currently
trying to upgrade to the development release of Ubuntu 22.04 (jammy)?

Could you please also add the contents of /etc/update-manager/release-
upgrades?
