[Bug 1960453] [NEW] update-notifier 3.192.49 does nothing when click on Ubuntu Pro notification

When you click on the Ubuntu Pro notification, nothing happens. I would
expect it to open the user's default browser and take them to some
product page with more information. See attached video.
