It's possible you had a bad write to your installation media or for some
other reason its contents could not be read correctly. Please always
allow the integrity check to complete so that all errors can be
displayed.
It might be better to install Ubuntu (or official flavor) directly to a
USB for use rather than use a persistent mode as the Ubuntu ISO images
are not designed to be used in this way.

Bug description:
I am running kubuntu 20.04.3 from 16gb USB stick with persistence.
Every time i start the system, i am seeing an installer crashed popup
message and hence reporting this bug. How can this message be avoided
and more importantly is there any underlying issue that needs to be
fixed?
