[Bug 1962009] [NEW] Ubuntu Pro is being promoted via community flavours

Public bug reported:

While testing daily images of Ubuntu MATE Jammy, update-notifier
informed me that Ubuntu Pro is available and if I would like to enable
it.

I assume this is a mistake and shouldn't be presented on community
flavours? :-)
