I get this notification at each boot now probably because I dismiss the
notification rather than click the dismiss button, and it's really
irritating me

Bug description:
  When you click on the Ubuntu Pro notification, nothing happens. I
  would expect it to open the user's default browser and take them to
  some product page with more information. See attached video.
