Argh, there's always something I forget ... update-maintainer in this
case. I'll give the autopkgtest a whirl under lxd, it worked for me
locally under a jammy schroot though so I'm a bit confused that it's
failing for you.

  New

Bug description:
  As part of the MIR for raqm (LP: #1951069), it was noted that
  autopkgtest is currently only building the package, not running the
  full test-suite. The full test-suite (which includes interactions with
  other libraries) should be executed to catch regressions caused by
  changed dependencies.
