The new libzpc has landed at the jammy archive:
$ rmadison -a source libzpc
 libzpc | 1.0.0-0ubuntu1 | jammy/universe | source
$ rmadison -a s390x libzpc1
 libzpc1 | 1.0.0-0ubuntu1 | jammy/universe | s390x
$ rmadison -a s390x libzpc-dev

  libzpc - IBM Z Protected-key Cryptography.
  Repo information will be provided once available.

  brand new package and doesn't exists yet in LP)
