It looks like you ran out of free space in your /boot partition. Could
you provide some more information about the size of /boot and what files
are located in it?

Bug description:
  I ran dist upgrade from version 18.04.6 LTS to 20.04.3 LTS, and I received an error.
  The console propmtped me to report the bug, so here it is.

  lsb_release -rd
  Description:    Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS
  Release:        20.04

  I dont know what log files are of value, but i'll attach the files in
  var/log/dist-upgrade as the console suggested.
