Thank you for reporting this bug to Ubuntu.

The report states you're using KDE which was supported by the Kubuntu
team but is now EOL (https://kubuntu.org/news/kubuntu-18-04-lts-bionic-
beaver-reaches-end-of-kubuntu-support/) so if it's a GUI feature you're
having problems with, your should re-test and re-file on a supported
release so Kubuntu/KDE can work on it.

If it's the base apport tool itself, that is still supported, with fixes
being tested on the default/supported GNOME Desktop.

  Cant get bug report again, if i didnt send it in 1st 2 times that i came up. Could come back all the time so latest bug reports can be easy sent.
  Screenshot- notifications cant click old ones. Also shows only 2 crashes bug reports, but i opened more times crashing app in a row.

  Ideas for missing bug report if this would be fixed. #1958044 and #1958045 - cant click in notifications.
  But this bug is about that apport even doesnt make new reports after 2nd time, so no new notifications not comming up.
