[Bug 1958590] [NEW] systemd-shutdown hangs on "Failed to finalize DM devices, ignoring"

Public bug reported:

I'm using KDE neon, ubuntu 20.04.

This started happening after I upgraded to the 245.4-4ubuntu3.15.

After reaching targer power-off, it hangs on:

systemd-shutdown[1]: Failed to finalize  DM devices, ignoring


And it doesn't shut down, I have to force it by long-pressing the power button.
