[Bug 1959058] [NEW] Files missing in Ubuntu Ports repo

After adding the Ubuntu Ports repo, apt update fails with the following
error

E: Failed to fetch http://ports.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-
ports/dists/xenial/main/dep11/Components-amd64.yml  404  Not Found

E: Failed to fetch http://ports.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-
ports/dists/bionic/main/binary-amd64/Packages  404  Not Found

E: Failed to fetch http://ports.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-
ports/dists/focal/main/binary-amd64/Packages  404  Not Found

E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old
ones used instead.


These files are also not accessible from the web browser.
