Testing Kubuntu Jammy daily ISO 27-01-2022

I can confirm the fix - the "welcome" screen now appears again as
normal.

  On booting the ISO image the Live CD installer is not started - the
  system then boots directly to the desktop (no Welcome screen with Try
  Kubuntu or Install Kubuntu)
