[Bug 1959365] [NEW] openssh-client tab completion faills if shopt failglob is set

$ ssh <tab>

ends up looking like

$ ssh bash: no match: /etc/ssh/ssh_config.d/*.conf
$ _


I have shopt failglob set in my bashrc as a personal preference and most other packages' tab completion can deal with that.
