Thanks Nathan, the merge looks good, just two minor problems that I've
fixed in the upload.  I updated the changelog to set the dist to
'kinetic' and also referenced this bug report.

(Btw, it's a good idea as well when doing merges to check if the
remaining delta has been forwarded to Debian, and to do so if not.
However, these Recommend/Suggest changes are sometimes not desired by
debian so possibly it has to remain on our side in this case.)
