Hi again Nathan,

This LGTM, with a few minor adjustments to the debian/changelog that
I've made as part of the upload:

  - Set the distro to 'kinetic'
  - Include reference to this bug report, LP: #1977739
  - Add reference to LP: 1779767 for the remaining delta

That item is optional (you'll notice it was omitted last merge) however
it can be helpful for future maintainers and reviewers to track why the
delta needs to be on our side.  One thing to notice is that I omitted
the '#' in the bug reference for the remaining change item.  This is
because when we upload packages, Launchpad will auto-close referenced
bug reports matching the format "LP: #NNNNNN".  That is fine for this
merge bug report, but we don't want Launchpad touching the bugs for the
old delta so the practice is to "break" the detection by omitting the
'#' so the format doesn't match what LP is looking for.
