Upgrading with update-manager, the upgrade from unattended-upgrades
version 2.3ubuntu0.1
to
version 2.3ubuntu0.3

opened action dialog for differeneces between configuration files.

I selected "show difference between files", but no diff was presented and /var/log/apt/term.log states

```

$ lsb_release -rd
