  Please add the new yrl_BR locale

Status in glibc package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Dear maintainers,

  Please find attached the locale definition for yrl_BR to be
  considered for inclusion in glibc.

  Obs: Please notice at the lines 157-161 in lang_ab, lang_term and
  lang_lib variables that are with values pt, por, por instead yrl, yrl,
  yrl how they should be, I did this modification because I am receiving
  an error:

  [error] LC_ADDRESS: language code with terminology "yrl" not defined
  [error] LC_ADDRESS: language abbreviation "yrl" not defined
  [error] LC_ADDRESS: language abbreviation "yrl" not defined
