Based on the following from the attached VarDistupgradeAptlog.txt, this
appears to be an issue with packages from the nodesource and/or yarn
PPAs:

Broken node-yargs-parser:amd64 Breaks on node-yargs:amd64 < 15.3.1+repack-2 @ii ugH > (< 16.2.0~)
  Considering node-yargs:amd64 -2 as a solution to node-yargs-parser:amd64 1
  Upgrading node-yargs:amd64 due to Breaks field in node-yargs-parser:amd64

Please try using the `ppa-purge` tool to remove packages from those
PPAs, and then try the upgrade again.
