  I can trigger a core dump by running:

  this opens the error collection dialogue, I choose to submit a bug
  report and then nothing happens. I expected to get firefox opened to a
  web page with https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mu-
  editor/+filebug/{redacted-uuid}
