At least I could solve my upgrade problem (see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-release-upgrader/+bug/1980574) by searching for "can't be satisfied" in the attached
VarLogDistupgradeAptlog.txt. This way you find package which were most likely installed via PPA and these package need to be replaced by the native Ubuntu package. You need to use the tool ppa-purge for this.

Some dependencies arround ubuntu-desktop and gdm3 prevents me from do-
