[Bug 1982791] [NEW] Can not upgrade from Impish anymore, Release files have gone. Upgrading all packages to latest also not working anymore. This is now a broken installation.

Noticed the automatic updates/upgrades are not coming in anymore. Seems
Impish is EOL. Which is fine, we then run a release upgrade. But that is
refused, since it requires latest versions/nicely upgraded. That is not
possible as all Release Files are no longer available. So can not 'apt
update', can not 'apt upgrade' hence can not 'do-release-upgrade'.

>From the error messages, started removing Repositories, but now the
entire installation is broken. Re-install latest is only option. No fun.
