I can confirm it and reproduce on Ubuntu 22.04. Install libnss-nis:i386
(but not libnss-nis:amd64). Then run:

ubuntu-bug /lib/i386-linux-gnu/libnss_nis.so.2.0.0

Then the problem report says:

Package: libnss-nis (not installed)

** Summary changed:

- ubuntu-bug reports the package as not installed.
+ ubuntu-bug reports the package from other arch as not installed

** Changed in: apport (Ubuntu)
       Status: Confirmed => Triaged
