[Bug 1982935] [NEW] Selecting "restore defaults" in software-properties-qt has no effect

Public bug reported:

Testing Lubuntu Kinetic daily ISO 26-07-2022

1. Open "Software Sources" from "Preferences menu
2. Select "Authentication" 
3. Delete the keys from "Trusted Service Providers"
4. Select "Restore Defaults"
5. After selecting "Restore Defaults" - nothing happens i.e the keys are not restored resulting in  the user being unable to perform updates to the system.
