Hi Simon, Thank you for the update.
I stumbled across a fix. ‘Language configuration’ apparently can experience
a bit flip which confuses Upgrade Manager. Instead of icons showing program
indicators, each window is blank. I reconfigured the language to American
English. After saving the configuration, suddenly Upgrade Manager looked
and functioned properly.
