This bug is fixed in Ubuntu 22.04. Apport will show following question
there:

Your display manager log files may help developers diagnose the bug, but
may contain sensitive information such as your hostname. Do you want to
include these logs in your bug report?

  1. Launch Kubuntu (e.g. kubuntu-20.04.4-desktop-amd64.iso)
  2. Open a terminal and run: ubuntu-bug -f
  3. "What kind of problem[...]" -> select first entry
  4. "What display problem[...]" -> select last entry
  5. You will get question window just asking "text"

  3. Select i dont know
  4. comes up windows asking "text" and options Yes / No
