Bug description:
  Binary package hint: apport-kde

  If I run ubuntu-bug, then select "other problem" then it offers me a
  list of sound problems to choose from. If I choose "Sound / Audio
  related problems" then it says "You need to specify a package or a
  PID". Also, if i choose cancel, it just hangs, and won't exit without
  being killed from command line (SIGTERM is enough though).
