  New

Bug description:
  $ ubuntu-bug colordiff

  Strange dialog appears (see screenshot)
  Opens launchpad.net, let's me login, but it never proceeds past updating information.

  ubuntu-bug/apport-kde has seen a huge regression in 16.04. Is it mean
  to work at all?
