"Erase disk and install Ubuntu"
 Advanced Features: "Use LVM with the new Ubuntu Installation" 

 No other advanced features were selected.

Note: I did try to manually edit the partition table with "Disks" prior
to installation. However, the installer informed me that the partition
table was going to be rewritten during the installation (which I
accepted).
