  Invalid

Bug description:
  ubuntu-minimal already depends on `init` which depends on `systemd-
  sysv` which depends on `systemd` which comes with `systemd-networkd`
  that has a DHCP client in it.

  Having the isc-dhcp-client package feels redundant.
