Public bug reported:

On Ubuntu Jammy riscv64 I see:

Using DTB: sifive/hifive-unmatched-a00.dtb
Couldn't find DTB hifive-unmatched-a00.dtb in /usr/lib/linux-image-5.15.0-1014-generic or /etc/flash-kernel/dtbs
Installing into /boot/dtbs/5.15.0-1014-generic/sifive/hifive-unmatched-a00.dtb
cp: cannot stat '': No such file or directory
run-parts: /etc/initramfs/post-update.d//flash-kernel exited with return code 1
dpkg: error processing package linux-firmware (--configure):
installed linux-firmware package post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 1
Processing triggers for initramfs-tools (0.140ubuntu13) ...

Our device-tree is installed as
/lib/firmware/5.15.0-1014-generic/device-tree/sifive/hifive-unmatched-a00.dtb

This used to work previously.

** Affects: flash-kernel (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
