@mdeslaur Here are the details you want.  This is a freshly launched AWS
EC2 instance (AMI ubuntu/images/hvm-ssd/ubuntu-
jammy-22.04-amd64-server-20220609).  "update" pulls from apt repos
jammy, jammy-updates, jammy-backports, and jammy-security.  Issue is
100% reproducible.
