On 22.04 using gcc-11 or gcc-10 getting this error: 
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find /usr/lib64/libmvec_nonshared.a: No such file or directory 
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status

Although libc6-dev is installed..  L
