** Description changed:

  In a KVM using Subiquity doing an install with default values and Guided
  Encrypted LVM will fail to boot.
  
  On boot will be a password prompt to unlock the FS. If that is supplied,
  boot can continue.
  
  Scenarios
  * Current daily Kinetic + subiquity edge: fail
- * ubuntu-22.04-live-server (no snap refresh): fail
+ * ubuntu-22.04-live-server: fail
+ * ubuntu-21.10-live-server: fail
+ * ubuntu-21.04-live-server + unattended-upgrades: fail
+ * ubuntu-21.04-live-server offline: pass
